I have a bunch of flights coming up next 2 months and no additional incentives.
Since being M&M member I got only one targetted promotion so far. I do not know the reason, but even being a LH SEN does not help getting promotions. Friends of mine being M&M member without any status get regulary promotions.
Does anybody know how to qualify for targetted M&M promotions? Any ideas? Maybe LH knows the inflexibility of some customers and therefore there is no need for any promotions.

I have been a SEN for a few years and have received very few promotions myself. Usually I just sign up whatever appears here on FT... I don't get the bonus miles on all of them but on a few I did actually receive some miles.
I guess the best way is to not wait for a promo but to simply sign up with all the promos you find here and hope for the best.
My best "haul" was a recent promotion (that I did NOT receive directly) which I found on FT where I received around 48,000 bonus miles for 2 round-trips FRA-GRU in February and March.
I am not sure anymore what the name of the promo was but my statement mentions "Go for Lufthansa - Bonus". I take it anyway I can
Now if I could only get a promo that would give me some additional HON miles..... still in need of 250,000 more this year (which if everything goes well will be reached by September), but my luck will be that the threshold for HON will be increased. Unless of course LH comes up with a HON- instead of a HON+
Not sure if this fits into this thread, but if you are shopping at Anson`s and if you are a Ansons Club member (you may register for free (http://www.ansons.de/ansons_neu/de/n...meformular.php) and will only receive a flyer once in a while via mail) you get 3x miles with every shopping you do. So if you shop for €2000 you will receive 6000 Miles....unfortunatley they do not accept Visa, which would have given me 8000 Miles

Do not get your hopes to high up on that one. At the first promotion after HON was introduced - it was said that one would receive award and status miles. However the status miles were only the classical type - but not HON miles.
Subsequent discussion with LH lead to a clear statement - I believe posted at the time by Luigi - SenAOI that LH will not budge on the requirements for HON - you realöly must "earn" your miles BIS - of course with any COS or Exec Bonus to be included.
