Though they will have to credit the miles to those who have already bought the eee-pc.

I did it and wrote my 5th email to them 2 weeks ago.
The newspaper isn`t received correctly, the miles never found the way to my M&M account.......and the 9?,- Euro were not debit. from my credit card

Looks like "Die Welt" has finally woken up and they have changed their terms and conditions on the 3 month subscription for €92 and 15k miles.
The promo is now only valid within Germany and limited to one subscription per person.

And they still do not care. I ordered a further subscription before X-mas and they were happy to confirm. I get used to this newspaper.

In my case they cared. First I got a confirmation mail and two days later a mail that because I already used this offer with my name and the miles and more number they are not allowed to send me the Welt again because of competition regulations.
