The Miles and More homepage isn't loading and additionally I get the following error message: "Error 400: EJPEC0903E: Beräkningen av omdirigerings-URL i VP-inloggning misslyckades."
Text is in Swedish(and although probably understood by a IT-technician I'm not) but Error Error 400: EJPEC0903E is likely global.
I have read at a different place about this problem, but luckily do not suffer from it myself.
I suggest you post something in the official Lufthansa lurker thread.
It might be helpful to provide information about your computer system, e.g. which operating system, which browser and which version.
An occasional solution is to google "miles and more" and then access the website instead of typing in the URL directly. Doesn't work every time, though.

Can I get a quick survey here from those having miles-and-more.com access problems?
--1.) Are you getting the error when you first access the page, or when you log in?
--2.) If at first access, were you navigating directly from another site within the LH domain of from an external website?
--3.) Do you have the page bookmarked? If so is the bookmarked page secure or not secure (URL starts with "http" or "https")?
--4.) What country language settings are you using?
--5.) Do you have any unusual (non-default) browser settings that you know of?
This information might give me additional clues to the problem.
I have been playing around with the M&M site a bit today using various browsers and log-in states, and I have been able to reproduce the EJPEC0903E error, although I can't figure out why the error is happening. The site is clearly configured with so-called virtual portals (the VP in the error message), which direct you to to the correct log-in location, depending on your selected country, language, actual IP address, and probably a few other parameters.
These sorts of problems are tough to troubleshoot even from inside the system, but one can get clues from the outside with some patience.
However, the site does not seem to have a browser compatibility problem, per se, as I have been able to access the M&M with several browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and even and old copy of Camino) on at least three platforms (Windows, Linux, OS X). I have also been able to generate the infamous EJPEC0903E error on most of the combinations.
Based on what I see so far, I am going to go out on a limb here and guess that some genius did not configure the virtual portal on the M&M site correctly (or at best configured it poorly), and in some cases the server does not know which virtual portal (which will generally be different according to you country, language, and/or other parameters) to send you to, or something times-out before it can figure it out, or some device in the link is going to or being pointed to the wrong place to get the information it needs.
There might also be some interactions with the server and browsers with various settings (e.g. cookies enabled or not, proxy settings, etc.) and default behaviors.
Who knows. The real challenge, IME, will be getting the LH IT folks 1.) to recognize and admit they have a problem, and 2.) do something constructive and customer-ortiented to fix the problem....
