I'm avoiding LH due to A346 exit row policy, and general pricing ex my airport. Last time LH didn't even want to sell me a ticket, so had to go with 250E cheaper US Airways...
Programs: EK Platinum, EY GoldElite, LH HON, BA Gold & other precious metal

Aaaah, was already waiting for this thread. This year I have flown around 180.000 miles on LH/OS/LX. Which is around 20% of what I had previously flown on LH group year-after-year.
Why? Because I am sick of LH's move from a successful relationship-model with its best customers (which worked well for me) to a transactional view of the world. Hardly any upgrades anymore (I do not book J-fares), ever increasing fuel surcharges on awards, loss of miles value, booking guarantee only on J-fares, etc. etc.
Who got my business? Mostly EY and EK. Around 600.000 miles between those two airlines. They like me, and they want my business.
350k miles this year on LH, about 100k less than usual.
I shifted a lot of business to OneWorld this year for reasons mentioned by CalFlyer.
The transactional behaviour annoys me most.

Sitting now in FRA FCT on a foggy Saturday morning here in Frankfurt waiting for my A380 flight to SFO in First class and while checking my account I was surprised that up to date I scored 386k HON miles.
Around 200k with M&M but since I completed the flights purchased in last years sale, in LH metal only 4 segments @125 miles+bonus, 4 segments @750 miles+bonus and 1 award long-haul(miles promo).
