What an awful slogan

Thanks to the OP for sharing this.

I am convinced that this is an awful slogan and not reflecting any of Lufthansa´s core values.

"Nonstop you" could well be misunderstood. Nonstop you IMO is the worst slogan due to the fact:

- It reminds me on a low-cost-carrier without a spoke-and-hub infrastructure and only ping-pong-ping-pong circular rotations of an aircraft on a route. So only direct routes like Ryanair and no hub connections sold.

- Nonstop you will cause the IMMEDIATE grounding of all aircraft too large for nonstop connections e.g. between tinyer airports like STR and large destinations like TYO. Will be replaced by an impressive fleet of B737-800ER.

- Lets me think about a very old slogan "listen to the customer" with the idea in mind that the complete company is customer focussed/centered.

- Nonstop you doesn´t reflect the clockwork / technical image of Lufthansa as one of the most reliable airline of the world.

Does anyone have a shredder for the slogan nearby

I just wonder how a large and great organization like LH buys and accepts such a r*bbish campaign.

Calm down, dear. It's only an advertising slogan.
Those that populate this board will hopefully know to judge LH on their hard product and their service (and don't get me wrong, I'm not saying improvements are impossible here), rather than their advertising.

I can only disagree. In a time where Lufthansa is challenged by competition from many and various sides I *expect* a cost-conscious behavior even from the advertising / marketing industry.

IMO the slogan "Nonstop you" has a value of exactly zero cents. You could use this slogan for a car with sky-rocketing prices where you can choose your individualized version out of x thousand or more combinations.

This is nonstop you:

So my urgent request for sending a shredder to Cologne....

It would be much better to stick with the old slogan and further emphasize the colorization and differentiation of the service experience.

So the best way is to save this amount of money instead feeding the Broadcasting company with such a senseless campaign. Everyone knows Lufthansa so there is no need for a public awareness campaign.

What would be fun is to ask an LH exec what precisely "nonstop you" means to them and their job?

Then, lets ask a customer :"Nonstop you?". What does that mean?

The nonstop logo looks like the Nivea cream....I grew up with "There is no better way to fly" and did not see a need to change it.

This new motto just sounds dwarf. Having the word "non" and "stop" as a company slogan/motto does not make sense for an airline company where the FA should say "Yes" to everything the customer wants and the pilots says "go" when the reach V1...so no nonstop!?

Nonstop makes maybe only sense for airlines like Ryanair or Easyjet which operate a non connecting network from there hubs, and from there hubs their flights are nonstop to its destination....but not for LH...

This is a full stop no !

Isn't this exactly what we witness LH is all about?

Quite! Any experts on neurolinguistic programming around? Does this campaign actually condition customers to not even dare and complain?
Well, the people in the photos look very much like they're 'easy', not too inclined to bother with comfort or fare rules. Maybe we should adapt and become the passengers LH wants us to be?

If you search the webpage for Google for Lufthansa Germany you receive this:

Lufthansa ® - Cheap flights from 99€* | Find & book cheap flight ..

I think this sums things up quite well.

Nonstop you

Obviously approved by the same group of people who picked "Lady Bee" in the infamous competition.
"Lady Bee" only cost LH 1 million miles. I wonder how much "Nonstop you" cost?

This motto is a shame for a big company like Lufthansa. Most flights are even NOT nontsop (you have often to change the aircraft in Frankfurt or München).

I like the motto of BMW "Freude am Fahren", this motto I think is used worldwide. But "Nontstpo for you" makes no sense (if you understand english , but many people here in Germany don't understand english words in ads, so no one will even know what Lufthansa want to say with that crap)

I thought the old slogan was "no better way to cry". I could be wrong, though, but I thought there was some truth to it.
