Can I ask you how looks the service in Y on MUC-IST route these days?

This is higher level 4.

Doesn't look good, I am going to fly FRA-GVA very soon, will this route be serving the lowest level 1 !?

This is what I got on SQ C Class Intra-Asia routes a couple months back.

120min SIN-BKK

150min DPS-SIN

seriously, you are comparing apples and oranges... FRA-GVA would probably be level 2.

I guess you are right. It would be better to compare using the MUC-MAN route.

Presumably the same as the FRA-MAN route although MUC-MAN is slightly longer.

Last Thursday I made OPO - FRA again. I had a "small thing like calzone" and complained again

The guy next to me received that stuff, look at it, put it on the table and said: I was expecting an hot plate, not this.

And the purser told me about the competitive reasons to downgrade OPO. Since LH is the only one in this route (Ryanair has OPO - HHN), there is no competition, so the catering was downgraded.

Nice image of the airline... Scroogehansa is what I called them

Bring back the sandwiches

Snacks served on FRA-FCO flights:

2 years ago: either ham or cheese on a pretzel roll, plus a chocolate biscuit.

Last year: herbal cheese-spread on soft, insipid bread.

Yesterday: cold pasta salad with a lump of something that once might have been meat and saltine crackers.

I say, bring back the pretzel-roll sandwiches!

Frankly, just the choccy bar would be an enhancement over the last set of sandwiches.

the pasta salad is okay actually, better than the previous 'cheese-like substance filled salt bread'. Avoid the meat ball things (germans like meat to be processed and played with beyond recognition I have to conclude) and the salt things though and just eat the pasta. Wash down with water and a beer. Exploit your *Gold status to go to the Sen Lounge before the flight and eat the pasta there.

The seat is scheiße though.
