I dont believe CI is a skyteam member, hence I would say no. You can get DL miles if you fly KE.

You can choose via ICN on KE, just need to play with the dates. I am able to get KE via LAX (ton of D availability, just play with the dates).

Seems only work point to point. I have no luck using multi-city to create <24 hours transits.
