[FARE GONE] VA: LAX-SYD $484 all-in

Bookable on http://www.vaustralia.com. Not sure about the mileage earning possibilities, but something this cheap shouldn't be kept to myself.

Just to be specific, I think this is a one-way price. R/T in May comes out to $839.

The other question is how to get a LAX departure? LAX is only listed as a destination airport.

Select USA as your country of residence. Cannot get anything close to that fare, it must be ow. Oh well. UA had LAX-SYD for $903 last week

wonder how long this offer will last for?

I will be flying Virgin America again JFK-SFO in February... would be a decent side trip with a sub $500 offer to Australia on a new Virgin product.

I didn't even check out that many dates, but my sample dates of 3/20-4/19 has a $216 fare on the outbound and $268 on the inbound. Keep checking other dates, maybe you can get it even cheaper.

3/11-3/18 is around $515.

Can these miles be credited to any non-Virgin programs?
