Orbitz "voucher"
I booked a mistake fare on Orbitz (it was posted in the MR forum), my reservation was canceled and I got a "voucher" for that. To redeem it I'm supposed to send an email to [email protected] or [email protected].
I'm trying to do that but I'm getting no reply, I sent several emails to both addresses and received nothing in response (it's been several weeks) Does anybody know how to contact Orbitz Customer Relations (email, phone#)? |
I'd be curious to know the details to what happened to you (routing, cost, etc, etc).
I find that www.bbbonline.com usually has toll numbers listed to most companies that are actually answered by humans. There was also a thread awhile back listing telephone numbers for a couple hundred major companies that were answered by humans. You could try searching for that. |
