You can also nest Yokoso or Explorer pass into this ticket during stopover or from the destination. That's really efficient to earn miles and fop.

Are there any similar deals available for JL (FOP) mileage runs at the moment? (I live in Japan so not eligible for the Yokoso offer)
I can find KUL-NRT-OKA-NRT-KUL in Y for 57,000 JPY (5.41 JPY/FOP) which is far worse than what OP posted in PY with 4 sectors.
