You can book this on Expedia.com, still alive. You can click refundable only fares on the search page

If you go in the Exoedia itinerary and look below there is a "complete penalty rules for changes and cancellations" button.

It states what is reported here in post #22. Class C is fully refundable.

Booked one to credit 150% towards TK and renew my Elite status.
Judging by the seat map of the B747 both flights are almost full.
Will dream about that F opup chance

Fare pulled. Gone. Google flight price update is delayed.

Now all jump up to USD 2.5k, when you click through to payment, it jumps further up to 3.7k.

Good find OP and original OP... Thanks! I decided at the end not to book as I already jumped on the SN india fare a few weeks ago and have virtually no vacation left next year...
