For each request, please include the following information:

Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Maximum Budget (choose one, and state the value):
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares Okay:

Route(s) You've Already Searched:
Do you have a Chinese Visa (Yes/No)?

For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A NEW THREAD.
There are many good fares to China (PEK or PVG). If you have a Chinese visa, these options will be provided.

If your requested PQM is in a few thousand, please give a more accurate amount. You will get fewer options with a roundup number (eg, 5000 instead of 4830; IAD-SFO nonstop will work for the latter.)

Doesn't the UA Challenge require "flights operated by United or United Express"? Details here (only Silver/Gold/Plat shown): https://www.united.com/web/en-US/app...omoCode=TB8230

IAH - EWR - SFO - SIN for 24822 PQMs and $875 on UA metal. Two tickets required IAH - EWR and EWR - SIN

https://www.google.com/flights/?gl=u...AH0UA1261;a=UA

https://www.google.com/flights/?gl=u...=STAR_ALLIANCE

Then do IAH - SFO - SIN for $736 and 20162 PQMs. Plenty of availability March through May

https://www.google.com/flights/#sear...OIAH0UA97;a=UA

You can also do this last one two times and then find a smaller quick run to get to 45k

TK is tough, the earnings on partner airlines can be very stingy and their prices don't always show up on Google Flights. FCO - AUH seems to be a decent run that will give you the 3800 miles you need on TK plus 1500 more.

Looks like it's around $492 for this Mon-Sun overnight run

https://www.google.com/flights/#sear...CO0TK1861;a=TK

Booking directly on TK doesn't show this itinerary, but it does come up on Priceline.

Same day flights to IST are around 340 EUR and don't give you all the miles you need, so you should keep an eye out for any special fares on TK.

How about FCO-DEL-BOM-DEL-FCO for 494Euros on AI ?

https://goo.gl/flights/EIUx

Books in class E (international sector) and Class V (on domestic sector)

Wheretocredit says 5100 miles on TK.

Other good carrier to earn good on TK is ET. Most of economy classes earns 100% on TK.

Departure Airport: ICN,GMP or TYO if there's something good
Miles Needed: 28,550 - multiple flights is fine.
Required Spend or Budget: 1000-1500, but flexible if the right deal is found
Available Travel Dates: Anytime starting April 1
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: Earning on Asiana, so codeshares work but often earn significantly less.

Things are typically more expensive during the summer, with all the family travel going on. Even HKG is $1500+ during this time.

But it looks like $900 WAS-SIN is still possible on most weekends. Lots of timing options, my preference is to have the long layover on the way back in NRT like this one: https://goo.gl/flights/RwiZ

You can also fly all UA metal for around $50 more, in case you need extra UA bis miles. Or use GPUs (in which case you need to upfare from S- to W-fare).

Good luck!

DCA-MNL for $613; all United metals

I do not think that I can use this myself because of schedule conflict. Hope that someone in DC area can take advantage of it. It is about 21K miles for slightly over $600. You can make a short visit by changing the dates on this link. Good luck.

Looking to get to UA 1K this year, need to find 60k miles over 3 weekend trips.

Departure Airport: MAD
Miles Needed: ~60k (over 3 weekends)
Required Spend or Budget: Cheaper the better
Available Travel Dates: April 14-16
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: UA or Star Alliance

Yes, 60k is not doable in one or even two weekends, so really just looking for the biggest number of miles achievable for the lowest price on UA earners. Thanks so much for your advice in advance!

Are you earning on UA?

Expedia sells MAD-MUC-SIN-CGK for 913EUR, that's 35428 PQMs on that weekend in April

https://www.google.com/flights/#sear...=STAR_ALLIANCE

All of those flights would earn 100% PQMs on UA

This is 7728 miles one way, 15426 return. I don't know how the value of 35428 PQM was determined.
