For each request, please include the following information:
Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Budget:
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*:
For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A SEPARATE THREAD.
----
NOTE: there is not much time left in 2017, given that travel tends to be expensive around holidays. You will have greater chances of success if you have greater flexibility on travel dates and cost. If you need a lot of MQMs on weekends only for < 5 cpm it probably won't happen.
Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
----
*"Required Metal or Codeshares" is, approximately, asking whether you need a flight operated specifically by Delta or if partner flights are ok. If you are just looking for MQMs to hit a Medallion tier the normal way, then the answer is yes. If you are doing a status challenge, the answer is also probably yes, but read the T&C of your challenge carefully to be sure (for the regular status challenge the answer is also "yes")
NOTE: some partner flights earn MQMs at reduced rates. See this chart for more info.

Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
- signup bonuses for various DL-branded AMEX cards (usually have a spend requirement)
- if you already have planned travel, consider buying up (in advance, not at check in) for 50% MQM bonus and more flexible same-day-confirmed options which are another way to increase MQMs
- Hilton 250 MQMs per stay of 2 nights or more
- if you are close to a threshold Delta often will offer a buy-up (at exorbitant prices). 2016 thread, and speculation/anticipation thread for 2017

Serious question: Is it even worth it? I'm paying attention to status this year, and like op will make platinum via organic spend and Amex waiver. I love the idea of generating diamond by adding on a few more trips, but I just am not seeing the rewards being worth $2400 to get there. Am I wrong?
Delta has tickets from JFK - SIN for $656 for various dates in October and November. At this price, it works out to 3.13 cpm. However you will need to make 3 trips (20980 MQM per trip; JFK-SEA-NRT-SIN-NRT-SEA-JFK.)
Is it worth it? Only you can judge the value of Diamond status.

From STL need 20,000 mqm
In order to organize the end-of-year crush of Mileage/Status/Challenge Run threads, the Moderators have decided to create a consolidated thread for the airlines with the most frequent requests. This is the thread for Delta Airlines.
For each request, please include the following information:
Departure Airport:stl
Miles Needed:20k mqm
Required Spend or Budget: $500
Available Travel Dates:October 14-15, 2017
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: no preference (unsure why this is asked)
For each response. Please quote the original request.

STL 20K MQM for 500.
I doubt this is possible. 600-800 likely something could pop up but 500 I doubt it.

You won't be able to do this in two days or $500. Investigate SIN, it will give you the miles you need.

Departure Airport: DC area (but flexible - willing to position wherever needed)
Miles Needed: 60,000 - 70,000 (currently have 25,000, expecting 30,000 from my card, aiming for Diamond again, will probably accrue 5-10k over the holidays)
Required Spend or Budget: Flexible as needed, preferably within $2-3k
Available Travel Dates: 8/21 - 9/4
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: Codeshares ok - but would like to use GUC if possible
This is an incredibly tall order and I realize very difficult to pull off. I'm starting a new job on 9/5 and won't be able to travel much after I start, so my normal plan of doing MR in the back half of the year just went in the trash. Looking to see what my options are. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'd normally say 3 SIN runs, but your timeline is pretty tight. Not sure it's doable.

Any Flying Blue MR from Europe with reasonable cpm?
Hi all,
I'm strugling to find some mileage run for Flying Blue which will give relatively good cpm. I know that Flying Blue is not very generous in terms miles earned but still the best I can find is around 8 cpm which sounds like a lot to me. So is it that bad and I won't find better rate? Or it is possible to find better deals and I'm just looking in the wrong place (at the wrong routes)?
Thank you!
