I think it qualifies for cashback too, or at least points, on some of the shopping portals too.

Why can't this be used on a one-way fare??
Also, if I were to purchase 2 or 3 of these Livingsocial vouchers, would I be able to use them for the same ITA? I need to book a 12/24 flight between SFO and LAX with VX. I want to fly one way as we'll be returning via SNA. Is this deal useless to me?
