Need 3.2K miles for AP - ex YOW
Hello,
I am rookie FF'er and never did a MR before hence seeking advice. My current Air Canada qualifying mileage this year is 96,800. I am seeking the best possible option to gather the remaining 3,200 miles this year for Super Elite status (my first ever).
A closest I could find is YOW - LAX return for C$710 on AC, which would give me 3500 miles (onward leg @50% miles and return @100% miles). This translates to 20.2 CPM.
Are there any better options? Thanks

Thanks! Certainly would take some sun over the picture out of my window today. That said, I need to put some value to my time as well in this MR trip, and a 28 hr RT is not worth the cost saving, not to mention inability to upgrade.
The LAX trip is looking much better on these basis (14 hrs RT and upgrade to business class) for $710 compared to $640.
