Cool. I'm on the same outbound as you! Anyone have any ideas on what to do in Zurich on a Sunday night?

Haven't booked with CheapOAir before, but I'll try to SWU the ticket once this deal is dead.

If ticketed, is there any chance that these TATL segments on AA metal will NOT earn AA miles?
According to AA website: "There are certain airline ticket types that are not eligible for mileage accrual regardless of the booking class. These include, without limitation, the following: travel agency/industry reduced rate tickets, etc. etc." Not sure if it's the case here.

A friend cancelled a ticket with cheapo a few days ago. They offer a free 4 hour cancellation, or 24 hours for a fee (in his case, $25), which he got them to waive after quoting DOT guidelines.

It's worked plenty of time before for me on tickets which I've booked via this site. That said, this is not the time to call to apply an AA SWU -- unless you want to invite anger for helping to kill a deal.

based on my experience with this things, this will earn miles with no problem. But who knows what will happen this time. I guess there is always some level of risk with the really inexpensive fares.

I tried reversing my schedule and did a few more checks to other dates. Most of the time they do not worse inversely if it's an airfare like this.

By the way, anyone taking the 24 OCT - 27 OCT? Maybe we'll band together when the deal dies and form a discussion thread.

There are some longer returns available, but does anyone have anything in the 2-5 day range?
