DL Platinum Challenge from Austin,Texas
Doing DL Platinum challenge from Austin,Texas which ends in Apr 2014. Need some suggestion whether mileage run segments or Miles would be cheaper and faster. Also need suggestions on which MRs I can take to complete this.

I suggest you learn EF (expertflyer) and get a subscription. Look for low base fares to Europe. There was one a few days ago (DFW-CDG) for $34.50 and tricked for $290 RT or non-tricked for $730.
Consider SAT as well

Do we have domestic segment or to Hawaii ? Or how can avoid going out without immigration on intl flights doing return same day? Is that a option ?

www.expertflyer.com is a website ($10 a month I think) that shows you the lowest base fares from any city.
So, if you know that AUS-CDG has a base fare of $10, you know it is great MR material. If the lowest basefare is $450, you know you can skip looking for MR tickets to CDG.

Depending on your destination, you can stay airside. Any issues because of your Indian passport?
