Same day turns available through Dec '12.

SJC-BOS example through IAH at 6380 (3.6cpm) looks to be the best value (same day). AA has matched via DFW (3.8cpm). Works in reverse.

Also can do BOS-SFO-LAX-SJC for max miles.
Too bad I can't find same day turn without lodging which I can use for weekend MR.

Works MCO-MHT and MHT-MCO on UA as well. Many dates. $191.2ai rt.

Thanks OP. Was able to book holiday travel in December to see family. MHT has become a tougher low fare nut to crack as traffic there has dropped over the last 10 years. I remember when $165 ai rt fares were customary. MHT needs "Big Dig Part 2" to stop all the leakage to BOS.

Great find... So far snagged two in 2013 using some VDB vouchers, both priced at $227.30, came in at 3.39 and 3.26 CPM respectively, still have $500 in vouchers...

6688 PQM: SJC-LAX-IAD-BOS-ORD-IAH-SJC
6962 PQM: SJC-LAX-EWR-BOS-EWR-IAH-SJC

I really like the first one as I can uses single RPU or 20K miles to upgrade the whole itinerary. No go on the second though, but I knew it beforehand.

I was able to take advantage of this. Thanks. I try to get to Boston twice a year or so, but it's been harder with extremely high prices out of SFO. While SJC is a bit inconvenient for me, it's well worth the trip with the savings

Nope. While SFO is in the fare routing rules SFO-SJC is not served non-stop so it wont work

Awesome find. I already booked one to BOS through IAH for December 7 - 9 ($218 = 3.4 cents/mile), and I might book another one to PVD in October or November.
