For the OGG-HNL leg would one get 500 AA miles since it's an HA flight? Not sure what they're agreements are.
Looks like 250 miles from the AA page? Can anyone confirm?

Seems like AA could possibly be pulling some of the flights w/ HA connections. Either that or they're selling out quickly. They show up, then when you try to book, it suggests selecting another flight.

The fare is still available on AA. Bookable on aa.com and t'ocity. This fare has been active for several hours and may not be available on all dates, but it is still out there.

I was able to to force a connection though LAX both ways form SFO for a bit more of fare, causing the cost per mile to drop form 5.5 cents to 4.5 cents. Still not so good, but at least that matches my July MR for SFO-MIA-TPA-MIA-SFO.
Maybe I'll do this MR twice.
