Smile AA: LAX-CUN $145+ rt (from 208 ai)

I got a Travelocity alert. I definitely found it on aa.com (routing thru DFW or MIA). Don't see it on kayak or ita. Doesn't seem available from SNA/SAN/ONT/BUR -- just LAX.

Books in "O". Taxes bring total to 258.36. Maybe not a true MR, but I thought our trip last year for $320 RT was a great price -- so this is definitely a 'deal'. Last year was on aa.com, but the flight was a NS on MX.

I just put an itin on hold @ aa.com for Labor Day weekend

ALSO available over Thanksgiving (Wed-Tues).

DId you have the hold through Expedia or AA.com? Doesn't AA.Com hold the prices even if they go up?

It is @ aa.com, so it should be fine.

In the past, AA.com has honored the fare it was originally booked at until the stated expiration time and date.

I'm not seeing anything below $418 before taxes now. Too bad - that was a good one!

but wait....

If you're Expediatious, choose the hotel+flight option and it puts you on AA for a nice price. Go before the end of September and choose a Club of the top Priority for your hotel and get $200 more off.

Still works on AA.com for some weekends in Aug. But getting really random and poor connection times. Like 8am out of CUN or SJD and overnight in DFW or LAX.

Oh and don't forget to add the $120 in taxes to this fare.
