DCA-FLL US in F Pres. Day Weekend $359.20

US has DCA-FLL in paid F on Presidents Day weekend for $359.20; depart on 12 Feb and return on 17 Feb.

Silver desk thinks it is a mistake.

Tons of availability, not just Prez Day wknd. Also DL.

Not just on Presidents Day weekend and probably not a mistake fare either. DL has matched. As for mileage runability on US (nonstop flights) this would be 5394 EQMs for BD = 6.7 cents per EQM.

US fare basis code AA7UPN. DL fare basis code QUPNL.

DL runs may be more interesting since they have some connections over DTW/MEM on NW metal.

Not a mistake. US Airways F class between WAS and South Florida is often very cheap.

Just did the math on the DL version of this fare and even with a DCA-DTW-FLL routing and 150% EQM for first class this fare is a complete clunker for mileage run purposes (well north of 7 c/eqm).

First, if you thought it was a mistake please do not call the airline. Second, this fare is a match on Spirit's "Big Seat" fare and has been around for weeks if not months.

When I checked before it was only for the US non-stop flights, so doesn't help with my status run.

How are you getting 5394 EQMs?

I believe the EQMs mentioned has something to do with BDs bonus EQMs when flying first class. Check BMI's website.

Correct. I was calculating EQMs for flying US and crediting to BD with the juicy bonus that BD offers for First Class travel. Flying US and crediting to US makes the MR economics even worse.
