Found on expedia, but without fare rules so I cannot provide a fare basis: We have not received rules or restriction information for this flight.

Sample dates:
02/12 - 02/19
02/15 - 02/19 is $13 more.

Choosing the non-stop segments will result in a fare re-price to $500+, so try it with multi-segments and it will price to the lower fare.

International fares work much different than domestic fares. Different countries = different markets = often different currencies = different fares.

I found CLT-FRA for $363.50 all-in. CLT-DTW-FRA-PHL-CLT. Sample dates 1/9-1/16.

I guess I totally missed out on this as the price is now going at 560 all in.
