LAX-MYT $164 all in

Farecompare is showing LAX-MYT $105+ (all $164) in Aviacsa. Not an mr per say.
I'm having trouble booking it!

I think you meant to say MTY (Monterrey, Mexico) as opposed to MYT (Myitkyina, Myanmar)

That would've been a heck of a crazy flight if it was MYT (it's definitely MTY). I could just imagine the droves of flyertalkers showing up in northern Myanmar on a MR.

Yep, it's certainly a pity. If it were to MYT, I'd definitely be amongst them!

Did I hear AVIACSA is going to start service to Myanmar? That should be quite a routing to get there with AVIACSA's 737-200s! Given their range with a full load, service from Mexico would include likely include stops in the northern US, Gander, Iceland, Ireland, central Europe, Turkey, western Asia and central Asia. That'd be fun! I'm reminded of Qantas' old "Southern Cross" route between London and Sydney that operated with a 707 via Bermuda, Nassau, Mexico City, Acapulco, Papeete and Nadi.
