[Moderator's note: I screwed up -- yep, it happens. In trying to merge two duplicate threads together started by the OP, I ended up merging all the posts into a single post. All of the contents can be found below.]

Where, for example I could simply plug in ORD to ??? and it would list all $49 destinations, then all $69 destinations, etc, etc.

Those look like a lot of the cities one could do short segment runs from ORD for. You may also check Dayton, Indianapolis, Cedar Rapids/Iowa.
You could also see what Tulsa, Oaklahoma City, Austin, etc. look like, as those would likely involve connections either at STL or DFW or both. (and if so, make sure you're registered for the DFW promo as well).
I think both MKE and DAY have early morning departures (in the 6am ballpark) if you wanted an early start to a day of seg. running.

If you're an A/C member, your only A/C options (for what little time you might have for it b/n flights) would be ORD or STL. As A/C's go, you're prolly already familiar w/ ORD. And, the STL one isn't bad at all, and the staff are very helpful.

Just did a bunch of searching for AA and could not find anything less then $500 for the rest of the year. They must be really full...

Normally just find a cheap fare between two cities and then start adding segments in the middle of them on ITA..

Good luck.

I suppose one other option for you might be to see what other airports near ORD might be a good starting point for your MR's.....you may/get to drive there & park for a day or two, or fly there and do your flying from there. Just a thought. OR, check w/ discount carriers out of Chicago if they've got el cheapo flights somewhere and do your mileage running from there.
