I was able to get the same INR 108,833 fare out of BOM. Ton of availability. Sample date range is outbound between Sept 4th to Sept 10th and inbound Oct 1st to Oct 7th. I am sure other dates would be available.
Base fare is INR 95,130 + INR 13,703 in taxes = INR 108,833 (approx $2231 return a/i).

Thanks for the warning. I'm assuming that since so many FTers post ex CMB fare deals that there must be a way of ticketing it with a local agent who keeps his/her mouth shut. I haven't read any reports of being denied boarding here on FT or elsewhere yet but do point me in that direction if you've seen them. I'm starting to take a more realistic view on the fare anyway... after all it is only to HNL and I want to return to CLE!
Yes, you can ticket very easily with a local agent. From eXPerience one can ticket these from home as well...just arrived SIN from CMB in SQ J. Have never had an issue with questions of validity.

I'm relatively new to this thread so forgive me if this is a repost/already well known/worthless. Good for a few segments on EK or even SQ if you go through SIN but the price rises for the extra distance. I don't think SV codeshares with any airlines TATL so you're stuck in SV for JED-JFK, similar prices to WAS.

This is for TATL travel only. I'm glad someone can use this - I just wish there was a way to get the last leg on some alliance carrier's metal. There seems to be very little information regarding SV C or F - doesn't sound promising. On the upside, you can earn enough miles on SV for a one way flight somewhere in the middle east, I believe
