3 Segments on US from DCA/IAD/BWI Needed

3 Segments on US from DCA/IAD/BWI Needed
I only need 3 segments on US to keep my status. I'd like to do same-day on Dec. 14 and can leave from DCA/IAD/BWI in order of preference. I've found DCA-BOS-LGA-DCA for $219. Anything better out there? Thanks!

BWI--LGA--BOS--LGA--BOS for around $100.
Triple miles on the LGA--BOS--LGA shuttle, although I think they just count for 1 segment.

21 day advance, no min. stay.
Can possibly route BWI--PHL--LGA--BOS--LGS--PHL--BWI. Overkill, I know.
$98 RT plus tax, VRA21QN1 fare basis for travel anytime with no blackouts, or one of a few other holiday specials for specific dates within the 21 day window.
