Holiday season bumps?
Today's Wall Street Journal:
"Behind the looming shortage of bargains for procrastinators is the airline industry's financial crisis. Faced with heavy losses, carriers have been busy cutting down on the number of planes they're flying, in order to save money. As a result, there are about 8% fewer seats available this year compared with two years ago. Meanwhile, demand is running ahead of last year's levels -- meaning there will be lots of full planes."
