BWI seems to have best availability. EWR is about $200 round trip.

Searching the matrix from WAS to OAK the best I could find were a few scattered dates for BWI to OAK with a one day stay for about $345. Two segments out and three segments back on AA.
Correction: I found one fare of $288 rt on AA from BWI to OAK. Three segments out and two back.
The $288 fare is still available on AA from BWI to OAK and return the next day departing BWI on October 31 and returning the next day, November 1, 2017. Three segments out and two on the return.
