AA: SFO-PHX-LAS-LAX-SFO same-day run (2000 miles, 3.7mpc)

There are several same day runs (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) between SFO and PHX for $74.

Since there are 500 minimum EQM, and these runs seem to have 4 segments for the round-trip, these runs would net 2,000 miles, 3.7mpc.

It should be good for those who are doing segments as well.

Here is an example: https://goo.gl/flights/uQfS

Lots of choices in June, August-October.

For $5 more, you can add an LAX stop on the outbound while keeping it same-day.

Worked for Jun 27th on matrix.

What if I credit these to Alaska? Any benefits?

I think it's a good MR when crediting to AS, provided you're re-qualifying by partner miles and not AS-only.

O class only earns 25%, but that doesn't matter given the AS 500 mile minimum. With 5 segments you'll get 2500 EQM (~3.2 cents per eqm).

Even better on a segment running basis, ~$14.8/segment, which is equivalent to ~1.92CPM.
