Wondering if the CMB-LAS fare is an error or just a good deal with unusual fare rules.

The Jet fares are in the same range ($259 o/w) so it's not an isolated mistake...

Since it is 006 ticketed, you can certainly apply a GUC. How many segments it will cover is difficult to tell, there is also some discussion of that in the thread.
