There's a lot of options here: OGG, LHR, BOM, AMS, HNL, LAS, LAX all interesting cities to have a long layover or stopover in. I got it to build in 14 hour plus layovers at every stop for same price. With hotels and bar tab it would take about 9 days and cost thousands. But a fun experience! (Be better up front of course.)

I did not know that. I'll see what stopovers do to price at checkout.

Do you think you might be able to post a pic of the ITA Matrix fare construction for the second trip from LAS onwards? Having trouble constructing it.

Please let me know when you have it ticketed, I'll be excited to see it actually go through on all the partner segments etc.
Are you doing Econ or Biz? Any stopovers or marathon?

ncben deserves all the credit for this one. I just added the return and played around a lot, he figured out the genius Hawaii addition and how to take advantage of the absurdly permissive fare rules ex-CMB.

Edit: Please do the following: In ITA-Matrix powertools secondary click on the "Delta" booking link and copy the URL. You must do this, not copy it from your browser after you've clicked on it. Please post or PM the link to the itinerary you're trying to book.

It is worth noting that you may have trouble opening the lowest fares if you are logged into your Delta account. Discussion here. Try Chrome Incognito or just logging out.
