F9: ATL- MIA $38RT/DEN $67 RT/PHX $87 RT Nov./Dec. low dates wow

Frontier just posted a round of really low fares from ATL to some places. No Discount Den required and one-ways also do-able. Among the highlights are MIA at $19 each way (about 3.2 cents per EQM), Denver at $34 each way (about 2.8 cents per EQM) and Phoenix at $44 each way (about 2.9 cents per EQM).

With DEN they even opened up all 7 days for the start of November, so I was able to go out on the first flight Sat. 11/5 and return on the last one Sun. 11/6 (could also have done Fri-Sun.) Those times are likely to be among the first to sell out.

It's entirely possible other cities have comparable deals. And because this round isn't priced only for DD (though some DD-only fares are still out there), you can play around on Google Flights to see if something comes up.

Frontier is a charge-for-everything airline trying to be like Spirit. It isn't for everyone, but it's a little bit nicer and the planes and FAs are better.

It's also a holdout for DISTANCE-BASED miles and an elite status that lets you avoid some fees. With 20K EQMs in a calendar year or 25 segments you qualify, and that gives you a free full-size carry on and ability to select seats for free at time of booking, and upgrade to the "Stretch" seats (first 3 rows and exit row) in the 24 hour check in window for free if still available. Domestic awards start at 10K one-way in the 48 US and 15K to the Mexican destinations. Do note that their mileage expiration is aggressive and they want activity once every six months to keep the mileage balance going.
