Decent deal out of McAllen to Hong Kong rt only on AA. The dates I used were sample dummy dates, you can play around with them on Google Flights.

It also looks like EVA Air, AA, and Hainan are competing out of Houston IAH to HKG. $617 is the lowest fare out of IAH with Orbitz on EVA.
