Deal available from YVR (either non-stop on CX or via NRT, where the YVR-NRT flights can be booked on AA flight numbers for 100% EQM). For maximum mileage, fly JL YVR-NRT-HKG - the YVR-NRT-YVR flights can be booked with AA flight number for 100% EQM, NRT-HKG books into JL O for 50% EQM (unless somebody finds them with an AA number too, but I can't seem to see them)

You can also fly non-stop on CX for convenience but lower mileage.

with AA/JL flight numbers the EQM come out to

4674*1*2+1842*0.5*2=11190EQM for 745CAD/572USD and just above 5cpm.

YUL can be had on JL (via e.g. JFK-NRT JL flights, or ORD-NRT or whatever you want really)

YYZ best routing appears to be YYZ-DFW/LAX-HKG-DFW/LAX-YYZ, all on AA, for ~18700EQM for just 870CAD/670USD and thus a sweet sweet 3.5cpm.
