Pretty much from every city I checked in the US (including a lot of second/third tier cities, such as GTF) to most places in Western Europe (UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy.....). For mileage runs, for example, HNL-AMS is $659 on UA metal, routing through IAH gets 17,832 miles for 3.68cpm.

Good find, for UA it seems like most non hubs have the best pricing. I've been checking flights from SoCal and SNA can yield 600-700 fares pretty much any day, not the case for LAX.
Seems like its a match for the DL fare going on right now.
