That's a really nice fare, but I don't think this will earn any miles on American.
Per the AA site:

Earn AAdvantage® miles for travel on WestJet within Canada and between Canada and:
Caribbean
Mexico
U.S.

For what its worth though, due to the low number of TATL flights WS has, there's a chance it's still indeed valid and does earn full miles, I wouldn't be surprised if it was just a mistake not listing Europe.

This is 0% to AA. WS flights only earn RDM, no EQM.
