WS: YVR-YYZ Openjaw hidden city ~$150CAD
Doesn't work if I search on their website but you can click through from Google Flights, ITA, etc.
If you book through Flighthub its ~C$5 cheaper and you can get US$15 cashback from BeFrugal.
I guess you could do an AA MR 2.4-2.8cpm(USD) but it would be kind of pointless since you don't get EQMs.

(And before anyone says it - yes, you can earn RDM on AA... just like you could by spending money on an RBC card. But considering you can buy miles outright on the AA website, I still maintain... NOT a mileage run.)
