Anyone finding any dates in the second half of December for sub $300? NYC/BOS/MIA and all European destinations fine.

Does MIA work for this?
There are plenty of ~$400 fares GRU-MIA, which isn't bad considering the distance flown. Depending on the carrier, round-trip fares can be much cheaper than 1-way.

Just to alert. This seems to book at very low mileage earning basis to other *Accounts.. 50% (K) PQM/RDM on UA and CM BOS-LIS and 0% (E) PQM/RDM on UA CM

Still a good fare.. I'm tossed what to do..

You can try forcing a mileage earning fare code on the return for a slightly higher price.
The advanced routing code for ITA is / f bc=s|bc=l|bc=k|bc=u|bc=g. Not sure how to pick the fare class with an OTA, though.

You can credit to united for 50% mileage. You have to call TAP once you are ticketed and give them your united number.

Where can I see if this is ticketed or not? I want to call the airline, but not prematurely. I can access my reservation on Travelocity and on TAP website, but don't see anything that says ticketed anywhere, not sure if I am looking in the wrong places.

If you want to earn miles on both legs, I've seen some availability for the EU-Brazil legs that book into U/L (50% UA)-usually the "pricier" ones (such as ~$300 fares)

You don't have to constantly mention this-I also answered your question the first time you asked about it

Error fare: East coast usa to many european cities, then on to brazil from only $213

Error Fare open-jaw flights from New York, Boston or Miami to many European cities, then fly on to many different Brazilian cities from only $213 with TAP Portugal!!
Works in August during the Olympics so no visa needed for US citizens!!

We have also categorised this in the Depart South America section as the route can be just as useful for Brazilian residents.

Example routes:
New York – Barcelona – Sao Paulo: $213
New York – Madrid – Sao Paulo: $213
New York – Milan – Sao Paulo: $213
Boston – Barcelona – Sao Paulo: $213
Boston – Madrid – Sao Paulo: $214
New York – Lisbon – Sao Paulo: $215
New York – Rome – Sao Paulo: $235
Miami – Barcelona – Sao Paulo: $248
Miami – Madrid – Sao Paulo: $249
Miami – Milan – Sao Paulo: $254
Miami – Rome – Sao Paulo: $279
New York – Nice – Sao Paulo: $323
New York – Paris – Sao Paulo: $326
and more…

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DELAY MAKING FURTHER PLANS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
BECAUSE THIS IS AN ERROR-FARE, THERE IS ALWAYS THE SMALL CHANCE THE AIRLINE MAY CANCEL THE TICKET.

Sao Paulo/Rio De Janeiro/Brasilia/Belo Horizonte, Brazil

Brazil visa though...

Does anybody know if they will check for your Brazil visa when you check in for the first flight? Will they let my parents on the plane if they don't have the Brazil visa? We don't really want to continue on to Brazil. I have a Brazil visa, but don't see the purpose of them getting it. It would make the price not worth it for them.
