Can also do LAX-BKK-YVR on same dates for C$412, Dec dates for C$548. SEA departures add C$250 or so (cheaper to fly down to LAX from YVR)

For those of you in NYC, you can force the return routing through JFK or EWR and it comes to an astonishing $350 USD. As long as you don't have checked bags, you can hop off in NYC so it's basically a round-trip itin with that one caveat. Just pack light or bring crappy clothes with you and get rid of them before the return flight.

How did you route it to NYC?

EDIT: Never mind, found the UA return.

Noob question, but how many PQMs would this earn on United xNYC? This would credit, correct?

There are also options of routing through SFO and LAX on the return and conveniently missing your next flight

I got it to work for: YVR-HND-BKK-NRT-LAX - $568 CA$ (Fall Dates)

It's cheaper to start out in YVR because there's less taxes to get home.
For my reposition flights on award tickets:
YVR-LAX cost $60 in taxes
LAX-YVR cost $5 in taxes

How did you force it through JFK/EWR? I tried doing NYC-YUL as a third leg on google flights, but then it comes out at a much higher price.

Which dates are you seeing $350? I've only seen $443 the lowest NYC>BKK>YUL with stopover in EWR on the return and booked for Sept
