Feel free to call the airline if you need to. Calling the airline will not affect anything at this point. Considering this is $100 different than similar permanent fares to the same region, it would be very difficult for the airline to claim "mistake fare" and cancel.

Great fare from lax to Vietnam. Can get AA flight numbers so full miles credit.
Dates in March April and beyond. Various durations. Great AA earner.
Google flights /orbitz etc.
