not if you live in Seoul.

Additionally, you can have it all or nothing (including not the 2.3 cpm), it's up to you guys.

Thanks for contributing x 2 and ignore those who offer nothing to this board.

Fares originating from Seoul (well Korea in general) are usually a bit pricy as Korean law mandates that tickets must be refundable except in few circumstances.

Good luck trying to get a 4.5cpm refundable fare in the US
