Ua: Ord-lax - 2.14 cpm $75/rt!!!
This is my first post, and have been following for awhile. Anyways, I was just searching around and found this great fare (which I just booked as well!).

Searching around looks to find ORD - LAX with same day turns (home for dinner!) for $75ai. If my math is correct thats 2.14cpm.

On a few days in December, But I booked on Dec 9th and the 15th. I should even have enough time in the layover to grab some In-N-Out!

AA has had some crazy pricing on the reverse LAX-ORD recently. Right now the only date I see is Dec 8 for $81; hope someone grabs it.

ehallison, I just checked the United site again and it is still showing $74.60 for the 15th. Was still viewable on ITA.

I was referring to American Airlines. LAX-ORD is now up to $119 and still only on 12/8.

Certainly, it is a good find and deal if you have to travel to LA or need some UA Premier Qualifying Miles. If you want some redeemable miles, fly AA.

Thanks for posting! I just booked SFO-ORD (red eye on 8th), ORD-LAX, LAX-ORD, and then ORD-SFO (9PM flight on 9th), all for $200!

It ended up being ~2.8cpm overall and will pretty much lock me into getting 1K for the year.

The lowest published fare is an N (UA) or O (AA) booking class at a base fare of $ 26 1-way; 21-days advance purchase; good thru 3/3/16.

Of course the issue is that IM often does not open up seats in those booking classes.

Seems like UA & AA are in a fare war with Spirit who offers the same fare on that route.
