AA: ORD - CGK ($796 ai, 19780 EQM; 4.0 cpm)
Fare class on all four legs (ORD-NRT-CGK, return) is Q but all legs either on AA or codeshare JL. Only looked at beginning of December [using as a points run in PEY, but checked coach for possible SWU as well] and I didn't try to fancy it up at all, since I'm trying to keep direct as possible and as short as possible. Downside [or maybe not so bad]? Either gonna have all day in CGK or an overnight in NRT, depending on routing; YMMV [literally & figuratively].
Uh, short update [looked but I'd have to repo]:
DFW - CGK (AA then codeshare JL) = 20,094 EQM, still 0.5pts, but lower 3.6 cpm.

Found it on American website when I was checking my JAL routing/price. I also just checked GF and saw it numerous Wed/Thu in Nov and a couple in Dec...

LAX version, same days
Nice. The LAX version for the same days is good, too (and includes a DFW leg for additional mileage on the way out).
Shows as $708, 20,353 EQM, all AA codes for 3.48 CP(EQ)M

With the link above, how did you get LAX-DFW-NRT? Everytime I do LAX-NRT, I get the non-stop flights?
