Possibly, I hope they fight back!

I've been tempted by the prices, but I really want oneworld flights.

I am new to this.

Searched via Expedia and via Matrix Airfare Search, for PHX-DUB, putting in various combinations of dates in April 2016, but the fares are between $935 and $1,270.

How can the low fares (such as 309 euros) be found?

After posting I realized that the low fares are probably only if you start your travel in Dublin (e.g., DUB-PHX); is that correct?
