Thank You Sir,
I just booked that flight and paid the 33 extra bucks so I could return same day. Came to about 4.9 CPM. I know is this the standard method of computing a MR but for me it involves about extra 60 dollars between tolls gas etc. This is NOT a complaint. Will there ever be a MR out of HPN (White Plains NY)? It seems like the local airports rarely get a "break" . Thanks again and sorry to be off topic

Oh, and DavidBRKLYN: I had no trouble finding the fares on AA.com after searching on Kayak. TYPs booking engine had some trouble finding the fare in one direction but not the other.

Yeah, have no trouble finding multiple $196 options on Matrix, but can't get them to show up on any purchase site. Even called AA and they couldn't find the same fare.

I leave at 5:45 am and return at 11pm. Came out to about 4.9CPM.
I'm happy to get the miles in but in retrospect perhaps I'm better off ( to each his own) to take longer flights, since much of the time is in airport lounge. OTOH I can work on these flights as all have wifi and there are VIP lounges at all stops. THANK YOU, THANK YOU BobKop. Flight is on 11/17 but saw other dates as well. Hope I get upgraded!
