Also earns 100% on Aeroplan, unfortunately as a Canadian I have no reasonable way of getting to MAD without burning like another $800 or a bunch of points and a few hundred bucks 
It's actually not brutal from YYZ...$1442 for 20,804 AQM since a Q fare earns 100% (at least on AP) still only 6.9cpm...obviously not a mileage run, but if you were already interested in going down there, it'd be a good way to go.
