Copa new 738
Food service, video, and if you can get up front, huge seat pitch in a reclining seat. Made the 6 hr legs quite tolerable.
100% EQM to UA, even after July 1

I really like CM service, I like that they have food even on short flights, I like that the loads are usually pretty light, AVOD is pretty solid on the flights that have it. My beef is 6 hours on a 737, but again if there's open seats you're good. I would love to have been able to snag one of these.
Gotta move away from YVR

Copa: YYZ-SCL, $472 ai (4.5cpm)
50% RDM to MP, but 100% RDM to Aeroplan (for this L fare)
Anybody flying this deal out on 17th or in on 23rd (of June)?
How do I check upgrade list if my ticket is issued by copa? (didn't even see these flights on UA website)

I assume by up front you meant business?

BTW, you must split the record if there are two or more pax and you wish to be upgraded. This appears to be the case even if all have status.
The weak link of Copa is their website, especially now that they are converting to ConnectMiles from M+. It is often down or just won't respond. July 1 will be a new day when they change over.

I asked when you said up front just because I've never sat in "preferred" type seats on CM, so I'm not sure if the first row or two are any better than in the back.
