Booked the AMS-HKG fare with plenty of date options throughout most of the year on BA.
However,ITA says:
TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED ON/AFTER 03APR 15 AND ON/BEFORE
13APR 15.
Be quick if considering.

A friend of mine just booked ex-EU (HAM) to HKG r/t Eco on BA for about 3.000 HKD, via Expedia's HK site. I just checked, and some ex-EU fares are even lower (AMS-HKG is 2.780 HKD at the moment - roughly 340€).
I checked for dates in late September to mid-october, but apparently, it's a pretty big window to either side. LHR-HKG is about 40% more expensive. Sorry, no spectacularily cheap premium cabin prices, as far as I can tell. Biz was about 21k HKD.

HKG based travel agent?
Although too late for this individual fare there may be more of these and I wonder if anybody used a HKG based travel agent (not a pure OTA) to apply a GUF (BA Gold upgrade voucher) while booking?

Booked TXL to HKG for May 13 to May 28th for 367x HKD. Not bad!

Quite nice fares available around Christmas holidays. I am seeing just over 3300HKD for ARN-HKG-ARN on LH.
Largeeyes, did you get ticketed immediately? I received a confirmation but no e-ticket. Curious how long it took for others who booked to receive their e-ticket.
Edit: Ticketing took about 12 hours...no notification other than the initial confirmation.
