Nice find. Also appears to work with CA108 HKG-PEK at 10:30am on 3/30 instead of the KA option up to Beijing.

If *G, should have access to the SQ SilverKris lounge in HKG (in addition to UA, TG lounges).

Awesome, thanks to OP, and to CX for the inevitable good deals BOS-HKG.

I'm relegated to my phone for another 12 hours so I can't check effectively, but has anyone worked out creative routings? I would assume the fare rules don't allow transit via GUM, but you never know.

Was in both UA and SliverKris lounges on different trips a few weeks ago. Always have your status card with you - they check.
UA lounge is totally outclassed by SilverKris. Sure, UA in HKG is better than crowded SFO, and better than EWR UA which lacks even adequate number of toilets.
SilverKris HKG has bar attendants instead of self-serve, better food, better reading material, better seating, and USB ports all over.

If going to small terminal for HKG-GUM, SilverKris is closer than UA lounge.

Agree completely in HKG. SilverKris even had Laksa (which I love) served by an attendant when I was there yesterday. Better offerings than dinner in BF I think.

I do not know how some people still pay $50 to get into these UA lounges. I saw some people doing this in HNL which is not that great either.

Most often they use credit cards, sometimes cash but no checks allowed.

Woah - just saw this for $562 from 4/3-4/13. You mean I can get to Perth for under $1k?

For me, the SQ lounge is better than UC. The noddle soups are great. Just keep in mind, for the later flights, the lounge will still have the noodles but they get rid of most of the other hot food and only serve snacks. The Thai lounge is good, we enjoyed the massage chairs. UC is often very crowed, not so much if you are in the GF class section.

i can't justify 2 weeks in HKG (although i would love it), so i looked to nest a return with the $562-662 fare dates. DL has a $769 HKG-BOS roundtrip fare for several useful dates, but UA has very little sub-$1000 availability. i havent found anything that would allow just a night or two in HKG, but i'm still looking.

Working out of SAN as well with dates in April but they seem to be disappearing as more time passes.
