Prices from Google.com/flights, my apologies for not putting DL as airline. AA did match pretty close on most of the dates. Am doing MR Feb 2-5 on DL of course.

I did it twice last year just to bump my roll over way up. Sucks the miles are lower this year but no change to MQM ^

RDMs are based on spend, QUALIFICATION miles are still based on miles flown.

Hint: many people MR for status, not miles. @:-)

If anyone else is making this run look for us in SC at LAX JFK NRT but not in SIN as we don't have access to Sky View Terrace as we are not in J but will be at the transit desk at 0400 For our new boarding passes for return flights!

Drink water, stay hydrated, get an aisle seat and walk, that should help lower the risk but if you are at high risk for clots, it may be wiser to avoid long flights. Avoid alcohol and caffeine as these will tend to dehydrate and increase risk of clots and a DVT (deep vein thrombosis).
